Photo Selection Methods and Important Notices
1. The photos displayed on this page are unedited original photos.
The selected photos will be trimmed and adjusted according to the specifications of each school’s graduation album.
For instance, the original photos with a proof theme may show the upper body, but will be cropped at the chest level for the album.
Similarly, the original outdoor theme photos may feature full bodies but will be cropped to knee level in the album.
Most theme photos will have faces that are about the size of a thumbnail or smaller, so fine details like facial blemishes or
scars may not be visible in the actual album. Therefore, we recommend selecting photos based on pose and expression.
2. After selecting one photo for each theme, please click the “Submit” button(check the small box below the desired photo).
The photo themes uploaded may vary by school. You can check the number of themes for each school in the announcements.
3. After selecting one photo for each theme, scroll down and briefly summarize your correction requests in the “Correction Requests” box.
Since the yearbook album is a collective album, excessive individual correction requests requiring significant time may be limited.
Corrections will only be made based on the “Correction Requests” file provided by each school, so any requests made individually
via phone or customer center after the selection period will not be reflected.
(Basic correction by the company includes acne and blemish removal, skin tone enhancement, and reflection from glasses.)
4. If you wish to download the original photos, click the “Download Original” button and make the payment.
A green “Download Original” button will be generated under each photo.
Please be mindful that refunds are not possible after the button has been generated.
5. Once the photo selection period has elapsed for each school, the data on the
server will be deleted and cannot be recovered, rendering the original download
and photo selection impossible. Even if you are not completely satisfied with the
photos, please select the best photos. For schools with reshoots, announcements
will be made through the class in the second semester, so please wait for the
class notification (this may vary by school). However, due to the busy academic
schedule in the second semester, the best cuts will be chosen by the company, so
we recommend selecting the first-semester cuts whenever possible.
6. For students who do not select a photo, the company will choose the best cut
with the expertise of professionals
7. You can verify whether your photo submission has been successful. By scrolling
down, you can check through the “View Uploaded Photos” feature,
and you may reselect at any time within the selection period.
8. In the case of payment errors or file issues, please send your school ID number,
name first with your question on the customer service inquiry board or contact us
via KakaoTalk.
9. For more detailed questions, please refer to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section in the customer center.
10. Important Guidelines for Self-Correction at Schools
1) Schools that allow self-correction will display “Self-Correction Upload” in red at
the upper right corner of the photo theme. Schools that do not allow self-correction
will show “Download Original.” Self-correction is determined in advance by the school
and cannot be changed based on individual preferences.
2) Among those who are self-correcting and requesting the self-correction to their
acquaintances, it is essential to download the original file, share the file via email,
and also receive the corrected file via email to upload the self-correction file.
Sharing the pictures via KakaoTalk will reduce the file size, resulting in a
low-resolution file that cannot be uploaded for self-correction. Even if the upload
occurs with slight differences, it may lead to distorted images of your face in the
photo. Therefore, please ensure to share files via email.
3) You must use the downloaded original file and only one correction application.
When using multiple apps, the available storage decreases with each save,
resulting in lower resolution files that cannot be uploaded.
4) Only facial features and body shape may be corrected; using filters that alter the
image format or tone is strictly prohibited.
Using filters will lead to an imbalanced photo where only your skin tone appears
distinct.
5) If the photo upload cannot be completed using an iPhone, please attempt to use
a family member's Galaxy phone.
6) Files that have been self-corrected will not be further modified by the company;
only the overall tone of the group album will be adjusted for consistency with
others’ photos.
7) Solution for Low-Resolution Files:
Download a free resolution enhancement app from the Play Store or App Store,
execute the enhancement feature, and then upload the file.
